Module 4 - Teacher Leadership
This module also made me question the label of leader. I do not usually think of myself as a leader, so to do so, would most definitely be a paradigm shift in my thinking. However, having completed three, six credit courses now on teaching ELLs, I do feel that I may have some valuable knowledge that could be shared with others. Twenty-five years of teaching a second language has also added to my repertoire of both theoretical and experiential learning.
Here is how I believe I may be able to help you by acting in the role of "leader":
